What are some of the issues the committee is working to address?

One of the many issues we’re working to address is the need for employment legislation that encourages the creation of a competitive workforce based on merit and performance. Everyone understands that it’s necessary to adequately protect employees, but employers also need a legal framework within which it is possible to separate from significantly low-performing employees.
