Keiko Ishikawa’s practice focuses on labour & employment law, commercial matters, such as dealer and distributorship agreements, government regulations in the area of food/beverage and cosmetics, as well as litigation & dispute resolution. Keiko has broad experience in labour disputes, whether in relation to employment termination, power harassment and misconduct or otherwise, as well as in the conclusion and unwinding of other continuous agreements, such as dealer and master business agreements. Thanks to her prior experience in Japanese and German leading IT companies, Keiko has a deep understanding of daily company operations as well as management procedures enabling her to provide advice from a business perspective when addressing legal issues in a time efficient and practical manner.
