We use the data that we request from you or that you provide to us in connection with your enquiry when you contact us in order to respond to your enquiry as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The use of your data in the context of communication with you corresponds to our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. As far as it concerns a concrete inquiry to our products and/or services, in particular in case of mandating us, the use of your data is required for performance of the contract and/or for the performance of pre-contractual measures on your request in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.


We may use the data jointly with ARQIS Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbH in Germany and TMI Associates in Japan within the purpose of use as described above. We are responsible for this joint handling of the data. We also work with various service providers to deliver our website and to achieve the described purposes, i.e., to provide and visualise our websites and to perform marketing measures.
