Yutaka Nakagawa is a qualified Japanese lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience. He started his career at Abe Matsutome Law Office (currently Wada Watanabe Law Office), where he advised mostly foreign companies and their subsidiaries in Japan in corporate law and intellectual property law matters. Yutaka joined ARQIS Foreign Law Office in Tokyo in 2010 and since then is a regular advisor on corporate and commercial matters for various German companies in Japan.
